Forthcoming BT maintenance to 21CN broadband network - 10th-13th Jan 2011
Work will be taking place on BT Wholesale's 21CN Broadband Network which will be carried out on the following dates and times;
Monday 10/01/2011 02:00 - 06:00
Tuesday 11/01/2011 02:00 - 06:00
Wednesday 12/01/2011 02:00 - 06:00
Thursday 13/01/2011 02:00 - 06:00
During these times line cards will be remotely reset to take new firmware.
BT advise that customers will experience downtime of around 60 minutes, however we would ask customers to wait for the maintenance window to close and to reboot their router before contacting the support desk should connectivity issues persist.

Broadband network issues - 8th Dec 2010 (Resolved)
Enta net are currently aware of an incident that is affecting all users of their network, including broadband and leased line services, amongst others. Engineers are looking to rectify as soon as possible and we will update as soon as possible.
Update:
The majority of services have now been restored although some residual issues remain. We are continuing to look into these and will advise when fully resolved.

Planned Maintenance: Generator Test - 11th Sep 2010 (complete)
Entanet will be conducting a full load generator test for their Telford Data centres on Saturday 11th Sept 2010 at 09.30hrs.
