Features:

  • Connect up to 24 PSTN lines.

  • Connect to ISDN phone lines.
  • Support for Internet calls (VoIP). Calls over the internet are often cheaper than standard PSTN and ISDN calls. For more details see our VoIP call packages.
  • Connect to Mobile phone networks. Each system can have up to 4 mobile sim cards installed, allowing you to make calls over a mobile network from your desk phone.
  • Unlimited internal extensions. As your business grows, the system can grow with you, easily adding more extensions.
  • Personal and Group voice mailboxes. You can't always answer the phone. Our system gives you the ability to have mailboxes for each extension and group mailboxes for queues. Once your client has finished leaving their message you will receive an email informing you there is a message waiting.
  • Digital receptionist. Record a greeting for callers and then give them options to get them to the right person as quickly as possible.
  • Unlimited call queues. Have your clients calls queued up for a particular team. Whilst in the queue you can play them music or sales messages. If a call isn't answered within a certain amount of time you can give the client the option to leave a message for somebody to call them back.
  • Advanced call routing. The system can automatically route your incoming calls to a particular extension or mailbox based on the caller id. It can also route your outgoing calls based on the extension making the call, or based on the destination of the call. e.g. if you have a voip line which makes international calls cheaper compared with a BT line, international calls can be routed through this line.
  • Time based routing. Welcome your clients with a different greeting when your offices are closed.
  • Ring groups. If you need to get hold of anyone in your accounts office of 5 extensions, have one number to call them on rather than calling round each extension until you find one free.
  • Call conferences. Hold conferences between 3 people - this can be 3 internal extensions or your extension and 2 external numbers.
  • Phone paging. Use your phone system as a tannoy and broadcast important messages around your offices.
  • Intercom. A useful facility between MD and PA.
  • Hold music. Keep your clients relaxed while they wait for you.
  • Call parking. Put a call on hold allowing someone else to pick it up when they are free.
  • CallerID. See the number of the person who is calling you (requires support from the PSTN provider).
  • Call reports. See reports of the calls you make and receive. See how long they lasted.
  • Fax to Email, Email to Fax. Send and receive faxes via your email client.
  • Desktop notifications. Receive notifications on your computer screen when a call is coming in.
  • Advanced caller ID system. Replace the numbers with your customer's names.
  • Operator / Manager screen. Monitor who is on the phone from your computer.
  • TAPI support. Initiate calls from a Microsoft Outlook address book or any other TAPI compliant software.
  • Call recordings. Keep recordings of incoming and outgoing calls for reference and training.
  • No need for additional cabling. Runs on existing computer networks.
