Support Services

We offer technical support to meet the demands of both the Business User and the Home User. From software or hardware issues with single PCs, to network and server maintenance or installation for large organisations, we have the assistance you need.

Our skilled onsite engineers regularly work in Clacton, Colchester and Frinton, but are able to travel to anywhere in the UK if required.

Telephone support

Many issues can be remedied over the phone, getting you up and running as quickly and simply as possible. You can also email us and we will call you back.

Remote support

Enables our engineers to control your computer as if they were in the same room as it, and quickly investigate and remedy problems.

Remote support minimises disruption to you and allows for very fast response times.


On-site support

If the problem is beyond the scope of remote support, or if it involves hardware problems, then our engineers will come on-site to assist at your location.

Due to the nature of an on site visit, appointments will be made for a specific time.

In-house support

If required, machines will be brought back to our facility to be worked on in a controlled environment.

This is the best course of action if data recovery is needed or if virus infection is suspected.

Ad-hoc support

We provide ad-hoc / PAYG support as required to non-contract clients, but this is prioritised behind contract client's support issues.

If your issue is critical then you may call our support hotline on 09061 220 211. Calls are charged at £1.50/min in addition to our standard support charges.

Network specialists

No matter the physical distances, secure connections such as VPNs allow colleagues to see and manipulate the same data and files as if they were working in the next room. From here you can add in internet telephony and VoIP to unlock free voice and video calls.
