Our website contracts provide you with a regular allowance of time for our team to work on your site, allowing you to budget the maintenance of your website. As a contract customer you take priority over other customers, meaning your work will jump straight to the front of the queue. The time allotted for your site is flexible; if we start you on a 1hr PCM retainer and you have 3hrs worth of updates to be done, you can opt to pay the additional 2hrs on top of the retainer or you can have this time offset over the coming months. This service does not just cover updates you require to the site. You can opt to have us maintain the site on a monthly basis, tweaking the search engine optimisation and managing the marketing of the site. This service allows you to get on with running your business while our team looks after the website.

The contracts are modular and can be as comprehensive as you need them to be. A basic retainer starts at as little as £35 pcm. After 3 months of use we will look at this price and see if your site is going to need more or less work than originally envisaged.

• Addition of your site to any new marketing systems we find that could benefit your site.
• Management of systems like Google Ad-words.

Ecommerce management

• Our team manage the day-to-day running of the shop.
• Adding and removal of products.
• Amendments to VAT rates and delivery charges.
• An Actinic ecommerce package is required.
• A GMLNET ecommerce hosting package is required.
• A Sage Pay and / or a PayPal account is required.

Community site forum / blog maintenance

• Our team manage the day-to-day running of the site.
• Confirming of new users.
• Filtering out of spam and unsuitable posts.
